TritonTrak are a leading technology company looking for multiple Customer Support Advisors, to join our rapidly growing team based in Wetherby.

We continuously invest in both new technologies and our people.

What’s the role?

• Supporting and maintaining client relationships
• Providing system training for our product range
• Working with our field engineering team
• Updating our CRM system
• Create an ongoing pipeline to manage and nurture
• Have fun as part of a dynamic and social team

What are we looking for?

• People who are good cummunicators
• People who have a professional approach to work
• Previous customer support experience is not essential as full training will be given in the role, however candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
